Looks Like “Something Good” is about to Happen

The Something Good Festival

New Festival for 2022

A new festival has appeared on the scene for 2022. For the first time “Something Good” will be held in Gorsedd, Holywell, North Wales. It is set to be a jam-packed family fun day for all. I am so excited to be asked to help with this project. After “Festival Towyn” it’s still all hands to the pumps on this one and it’s going to be big. After being asked to get involved with this amazing project, you ask why something good. The Rhuddfest team had decided that after the recent Covid-19 restrictions and the upset that the world has seen it was time for something good to happen.

The organizers say this is all about getting back together as a community and having some fun. The team has partnered up with The Samaritans and the 5k Your way move against cancer and is trying to raise some big funds for the charities as well as giving everyone a good day to remember.

When?

The festival will be a one-day festival held on July 30th, 2022

Where?

Gorsedd,,,,, Where is that? The Rhuddfest team has picked an idyllic location suited to the event with a country feel and some surprises to come. Gorsedd is just off the A5026 on the way to Holywell approximately 1.5miles from Jct 31 of the A55 (McDonalds Caerwys)

How much and How do I get Tickets?

I have been told the early bird tickets have just been released so you better get on over there! Tickets are in two forms a standard ticket will cost you £25 and the “Something Good” ticket will cost you £45. That is for a full day’s entertainment and includes the “Old Time Sailors” which is said not just to be for the “Old Timers”. The Something Good ticket is said to include a few goodies on arrival which will make your day just a little more exciting and comfortable. A blanket and a Scrumptious Snack Box and some fizz of course are said to be included with the higher-priced tickets.

So Let me at em…..
